Description: Learn the basics of cake decorating; piping, icing, modeling and decorating skills. Create beautiful cakes that everyone will admire. Supply costs (approximately $40.00) are the responsibility of the participant.

Prerequisite: Level 1
Description: Learn icing flowers, flood work, rolled fondont, brush embroidery and more. Supply costs (approximately $40.00) are the responsibility of the participant.
Cake Decorating 3

Prerequisite: Level 2
Description: Learn gum paste roses, lily nail flowers, string work, emroidery and more. Design and produce a 3-tier wedding cake. Supply costs (approximately $50.00) are the responsibilty of the participant.
